  • 7-35 dollar part and about 45 min to an hour depending on your tool skills! It is a 1/4 inch and 5/16 in nut driver and open ended wrenches! Take off 3 bolts and a couple of clips holding the gears on , unplug 3 sets of wires off the back and reverse the process to get the new gear on! Tadaaa that easy!

  • if anybody else gets this problem like me, buy the shaft, not just the gear. the pins on the shaft are extremely hard to get out. the shaft just comes with it all preassembled. then all you have to do is switch them out. i learned this the hard way
