the background is of The Harbour Centre Tower in Vancouver and the commercial was shot at a downtown parking lot near the BC Hydro building (I think) the background plate

of the city was composited with the parking

lot and motion capture of a real dancer was added to a Skeleton Form of the Transformer-like Citroen and then rendered

out at high-rez.
