I think the point that Bill pushes here is not only a valid one, but a critical one. A president being told his country was under attack, during 9/11, whilst the twin towers were being hit with planes... and for him to sit there in front of a class of primary school children, listening to a story about ducks (?), that's certainly something that needs to be examined.
