Elton and Billy performed the first 4 numbers then Billy left the stage and Elton and his band did a whole spot. Then after that Billy did his full spot with his band, and the finale was Elton, Billy and both bands. The very final portion of the show ended as it started with just 2 pianos with Candle in The Wind, and very finally Piano Man with Billy also playing a strap on harmonica. Billy performed Still Rock and Roll to me in his own spot in which he left the piano and played the guitar.

I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!! What a night. I fulfilled a lifelong wish to see Elton in the U.S [ I live in the u.k and travelled to Atlanta especially] Have seen him 27 times b4 and this was the finest I have ever seen him, and as for Billy Joel, he was amazing. The best night ever.
