He didnt commit suicide. The story was that after a concert he has a certain routine to take the pain away from his arms, by wrapping a towel aroung a dorr handle (ii think) and his shoulders. Anyways yeah ii think he was drunk but he accidently slipped and strangled himself to death. It was not by purpose or anything like that. I mean why would it be? Hide had a awesome life, he was living being a legendary guitar player, and i dont think he would have risked all that for death. RIP Hide :)

Music was his life, a guitar is heavy and he had regular neck. Hide spent too much time drinking, we know. But he had NO reason to commit suicide. He is an artist that I respect enormously, and I'm not alone.

@marikofreak you obviously dunno about guitarists.....its a method ALOT of people use because playing with a guitar strap for hours totally hurts your back and neck so alot of people so that to relieve neck pain, but he was drunk so he fell asleep so died :'(
