I would, Toho has approval over script an design's unlike with the 98 film, Legendary is working hard to get the script right.

They already said it will look like Toho's Godzilla, it will have atomic breath, feed on radiation, attack Japan sometime during the film an fight at-least 1 or more monsters....

Sure there's no release date, that's good so they don't have to rush production giving us a half ass movie. I say we with-hold judgement until we see an Official Trailer.

There's only 1 Godzilla movie coming, An that's the American Reboot by Legendary Pictures which will be in 2014... for Big-G's 60th Anniversary.

Toho isn't making any Godzilla films anytime soon, there working with Legendary an keeping a closer eye on it to make sure it does Godzilla justice, an if it bombs Toho will not be rushing to make anymore G-films like they did from G-2000 since there wont be a market for it.

So you better hope, The American Reboot does very well.

@JoshEastham Godzilla's skin didn't just melt off. In the first movie, it got desinegrated by an oxygen destroyer, which I think was pretty cool. They added science to it which makes things serious and realistic. And in Godzilla vs. Destoroyah, Godzilla died from radiation overload and it spread across earth. Again science makes it realistic. How is dying from missiles in a few seconds cooler than that? Everyone disses the movie because it wasn't Godzilla but the cartooon was cool.

Well concept art resembles the Japanese Godzilla in design, He's confirmed to be invincible like a force of nature, also to have his Classic atomic breath an battle another monster or monster's in the film.

That alone already makes it better then the 98 version, but this is a different company an people involved this time around. Still to early to say for sure but if they stick to what they've said it will be great an the director said Godzilla will attack Japan in the Reboot
