The clients' body language is screaming "get me away from here". The way that the seller is positioning himself to the side of the client is good, but has anyone spotted the golden rule of selling being broken? You have two ears and one mouth = listen twice as much as you speak. I didn't hear one question being asked, merely the salesman enjoying an opportunity to be in the clients limelight. Don't mean to be negative, just my observations.
