They are laughing because Kenny spaced his lyrics at 4:18. Also contributing to his miserable performance were that his timing was off from 00:20-00:30, and he totally bombed at 6:29. By contrast, Donna was absolutely flawless, and a trooper for being on stage with such a clown.
