You are WRONG!! I was there & witnessed it & recorded this!! Cam drove for the racing & Travis drove the freestyle, as they debuted the "Nitro Circus" body for it. Go watch the full run somewhere else & you'll see Travis climb out of the truck running round like a lil kid!!!

Considering the amount of stuff these trucks can do, I'd like to see them begin to do ridiculous off road racing, like a sort of rallying event but the terrain amped up to what they can handle. I used to watch this when I was a kid, but after I caught on to things like F1 and rallying and saw the skill it took to win, this lost my interest.

That would be very cool, but think about how easy it is for things to go wrong with these trucks. I went to the Monster Jam last night in Houston and only about 3-5 trucks out of 16 DIDN'T break a tire or rollover during freestyle. Some of them were only out there for about 20-30 seconds before something went wrong.

You fail to realize the capacity of these engines and transmissions.

They heat up extremely fast, and have little endurance capabilities. That's why on long runs you'll often observe smoke being emitted from the transmission and/or engine.

It's a nice idea, but many things would require scaling back.
