Beating on the 401

I was thinking about swapping the 360 in my wagoneer to a 401 too, and I was wondering what I have to do to make it work. Its a 1990 if it makes a difference. Thanks!

amc never made a big block the 401 has a longer stroke and bigger bore the block is the same maybe a taller deck hight thats it . its NOT a big block. as for torque well it will make more than a smaller engine equally built yea of course
