In this series, Miku quit her job being an idol and Rin became the top idol. Len is with her because she's his favorite singer and he has a slight crush on her. The song before this is Rin's "Murderer!" and that's what Miku and Len are watching right now. Actually, Miku has become an drug addict by trying to deal with her stress as a singer.

Len was also addicted to drugs in the past, but Rin helped him recover, and now he's trying to help her.

Rin likes Len but Len claims that he loves Miku. The TV show they're watching is of Rin singing a message to Len that she wants him to be with her. Miku knows that Len loves Rin in his true heart, and tells him to go.

You really need to watch the whole series to understand this thing....

In the song, Miku's talking about blaming herself or saying something about shes a reason for some kind of sadness, in lens part he gets mad at her and tells her to get over it and go drink beer to drown it out, then Miku ( at the end) suggest that drinking beer sounds like a good idea, and she get mad a len. ( thats was I translated so far.. but it's confusing.. me and my friend are still trying to find the deeper meaning for some parts.. @.@)
