Big respect to K-Shaka first of all.i grew up with these guys being our big bros n though we were living in the ghetto we had dreams of makin it big,. big hits like Juliani was literally brought out by these guys yaani ukoo flani fam. the only mistake i think they made was they limited their vision to D alone. i didnt understand y they didnt want to move from all that weed smoking and mangetas to something bigger n better. you will never inspire anyone as long as ur in the same position as them.
The problem with kalamashaka is that they got stuck in the past / LIMBO.....by now they should have transformed their minds and their lives from dandora to westlands or even south B...like Nonini..., the best way to help the poor, is to be above them...that way, u can bend and liftup the ones that free in their minds. Otherwise if kalamashaka continue living in dandora, they continue been like crabfish in a bucket....everytime one tries to come out of the bucket, he is pulled down by the others.
@lkamau8 Do you know any projects Kalamashaka have been involved in ? do your research before spitting... this guys had a library full of books by african writers educating kids and folks in Dandora ..
