The only reason there are different qualities over the internet is because of the site, uploading process, etc. and because some people have better speakers and whatnot. However it is released on the CD, that's the quality it is and it cannot be changed.

I'm too lame to hate Green Day for how famous they are, they were the first band I've seen live. (I was five, my mom took me lol) And that was back in the Lookout! days when they would play with The Queers and Screeching Weasel.

Personally, I don't give a damn if Green Day "isn't punk anymore". Their music's still great. I don't listen to a band because they play a certain genre of music, if their music appeals to me then I will listen to it, regardless if it's punk or not.
