what is the proper name of the "sunburn" film effect? and what editing program did you use? or just what movie program did you use in general, like i movie or what ever?

I use Final Cut Pro, you can get plug-ins to create this effect though all I did was use a 3 way colour corrector, made the shot really yellow and bleached it out.
