well done have had three brittanies in the past and am getting my fourth female soon. i just wish it wasnt so hard when they go. ive cried at four funerals and three were my dogs.
My Suzie the dog wore handkerchiefs just like your dog! - Sugar with a pink nose - that's my dog! - best God-Darned dog that ever lived - she even went flying with me! - yes! - best friend you'll ever have - a brittany! - thanks!
Hi Cadon, I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a wonderful Brittany when I was 19, and found it so hard to overcome that I could not think getting a Brittany ever again. I did get one though, 7 years ago - almost 30 years after, and I'm overjoyed. Another dog, but still a Brittany! They are precious and loving, and it's real hard to lose them. I hope you got another one too! Don't give up, Britannies never give up, neither their toys nor their love for their people! Cheers.
This is the sweetest thing I've ever seen! I have a brittany, Sally, and you have inspired me to make a video of her. Sugar is absolutely precious-I am so sorry for your loss.
having lost my epagneul breton 9 may 2007 I'll feel your loss...... my huntingdog was a maledog 12 jears old and I'll miss him still.....i bought a grandson of his sister last summer so i still have a epangeul breton.....and keeping it in his family
let's remember them and know that we w'll see them again waiting for us....
make a face book; she w'll be always found and never be forgotten....I'm making one for myself ....
aww thats great im happy for you. :) do you have a facebook account? i have some pics of my girl on there. my auntie had a whippet once, and she lived on for a long time despite lots of health problems.
i have a brittany too, she's a bit eccentric and cant go off her lead, but i know she loves me..she's such a great character. I cant imagine life without her, and know that if i didnt have her id have given up on my life a long time ago.
Id love to know how sugar is now, if she has passed away or not. If she has i am truely sorry. If she is still going then give her a kiss from me and my Buffy. :)
Sugar has actually gotten better lately. In fact, today is her 14th birthday. She recently had surgery to remove a growth and she's been having hip problems. But lately she's been running around almost nonstop. She is probably in the best shape she's been in since about mid-2005.
I'm a 43 yr old male and that video brought a tear to my eye. She's a beautiful dog. I lost my Britt last year. I'm thankful for the time I had with him.
If Sugar has passed, I'm sure my Rusty will have someone else to play with. When I'm ready for another dog, you can be sure it will be a Brittany. I know they're not all alike, but if my new dog will be half as kind hearted as my old Rusty or your Sugar, I'll be in good shape.
Very touching tribute to your beautiful dog, Sugar. You are both fortunate to be able to spend your lives together. If Sugar is still with you, please give a pat on the head.
My Brittanys are 9 and 10. We call the male Sugar. Sweetest creatures that ever came down the pike!

I think I had a facebook account. Most of my friends are not college. So, facebook soon became pointless lol
