This is from the "documentary" "Hearts and Minds." When the leftists running the 1974 Oscars gave it the award for best documentary, the Communists were only weeks away from conquering and enslaving all of South Vietnam. Producer Bert Schneider in his acceptance speech said that Vietnam was on the verge of being "liberated" and that he received a letter of thanks from North Vietnam to those in Hollywood who helped in the Commmunist conquest.
