Does it bother anyone else that a judge can just snatch someone's life away for threatening him? Is that so much more heinous than threatening someone who isn't a judge? Granted, it is more stupid...
I smiled when he said he craved honey buns. I do think it is wrong for him to have such a harsh sentence especially seeing as he didn't hurt anyone. Child murderers get 10years and he gets life for stealing!
life imprisonment for auto theft and threatening a judge thats unbelievable not to mention disgusting. I watched another jail doc were a guy got 5 yrs for shop lifting. makes me glad to live in uk.
There is no question that the guy committed a criminal act; however, such act is in no way shape or form deserving of a life sentence.
In fact, I would have to opinion that this poor dumb bastard's sentence is a clear violation of the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution which states.... "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
The US the criminal justice systems varies in which state you're in. He lives in the south they are much harsher in punishing criminals than they are in north or west coast.

haha lifed off for making a move towards the judge and screaming abuse at him. WTF?? I think the judge screwed you good and proper mate lol.
Terminator860 3 years ago
No. He screwed himself, he was there on a relatively minor charge, probably would have gotten 10 years and done a third.
Instead he got life, which is a minimum of 30 years in Alabama before you even come up before a parole board.

He got life for that?! In England he'd get 2 years max

USA especially the south has extremely harsh sentences. Southerners would rather imprison people than deal with social problems
gaguy1967 4 years ago 5
Thats America
Kelseyp00 3 years ago 5
In Norway, the guy would probably do community service, or do a couple of months in a minimum security prison, i.e. not even locked up!
It is so sad, the US system of punishment. Kill them or lock them up for life seems to be the American "final solution" to all crime. What:s next?

Ahh yes, another "superior" European...yet fails to recognize the coming takeover of Europe by radical Islam.
