i like how you used the wiggle effect. not bad for a 1st try. And you don't necessarily need riot gear. you can just download some free hi res textures from google which works as well. that's what I did. Some form of transformation, roatation, scaling/ 3d would have been good too. But as I said: not bad for a first try.
Did you read the annotation? I understand it's not very good at all compared to others, but I had never even used Adobe After Effects before nor do I have riot gear for the nice background.

The camera movement isn't that hard to do. Plus you could have made a better BG. But good job.
