the point is, that this device can tell you when its ready with a washing-cycle. the blondy only simply forgot to mention that fact. so it really makes sense to the consumer: when you got many cycles to do, your phone can tell you when a running task is finished and you can put another load in....

I guess that the smart phone feature is really designed to control your washer and dryer with your phone to take advantage of the most economical rates when you may not be physical present to start these appliances. However, it would be silly to put the clothes in the washer or dryer and then sit on the sofa to start it. I also wonder if that feature is really necessary as there are delay cycle that would start your load automatically for you in your absence.

Total crap!!. What we need is a robot dirty laundry basket on wheels that knows when its full then wheels its self to the Washer with dryer built in!, tips its self into it then tells it to start washing then waits for it to finish the washer/dryer tips out the cleaned laundry into the robot then robot basket wheels its self back to the bedroom, All the human has to do is fold then put away. now why on earth havnt they thought of this before!! we have more then enough technology to do this ffs.

CES 2015: We have are all new ByOpous 2.4.1 Robot here, it will do laundry for me and do all my chores. When I was a kid I actually had to do them, but now ByOpous will do it for me.
