I found a website called cucirca for watching desperate housewives episodes on, but I'm not sure if you're able to use it in America because I'm from Ireland. you can watch episode 15 and every other episode that you can't find on youtube.

Guys you can watch them on HULU. I cant speak for all the episodes but Ive watched season 2 episode 15-17 so far without a problem :) or go to sidereel(dot)com and search Desperate Housewives.
