Well at least Chinese are helping Africans, yes, there are biases in this journalisitic piece, but all in all, Angolans value Chinese because there are tangible progress unlike America which just pumps money/
They will employ a whopping 30% of locals once they get all set up and settled in? Does that mean 70% will still be foreigners? Well duh! I believe I could have negotiated a better deal than that.
why are they not building cement producing factories and building railways and things that angolans can do themselves, ha these african governments are soo dumb
Fuck those Angolan monkeys. Their cognitive skills are too low for them to ever function in a complex society. The Chinese should bring in their entire workforce from China and cull all of those semi-retards that they have been putting up with.
@moojeed You sound jealous. Don´t you think we deserve an opportunity to get skilled? Besides, Since Angola is what it is, developed countries don´t send the best professionals. They send the ones who are a pain in the ass of the government (in case of china, many who were supposed to be in jail...)
@luisafonso100 Actually, the Chinese who are supposed to be in jail ARE in jail. Since my comment of four months ago, China has done exactly like I thought they should do. Their entire infrastructure and mineral recovery workforce are now 100% Chinese. They are only building enough infrastructure to remove the oil and other valuables because they are a realistic people who understand that niggers will just destroy all of it after they move on to their next colony.
Those huge infrastructure projects can not be easily learned by any beginners, as no company and people have experience in that in Angola. It is true that Chinese has a strong demand in oil so that's why they help out. But, at least, they create jobs there, then those nicely built highways, buildings will be used by ALL Angolans in the near future. Chinese did not steal anything away from Angola, it is a business deal.
Chinese government loaned billions of money to Angola (at a much lower interests rate than western people). On top of that, chinese companies were doing all the infrastructure for Angola in a much FASTER rate than any other race in the world. Their workforce will hire Angolans and in that way create jobs for Angolans.
I don't understand! The only people getting anything out of this is the Chinese!! They are taking the oil and on top of that, send people to do the work that they could have had the natives do. That in return would have Helped Angola alot more!
lol these chinese are full of shit. They are not doing anything for the people besides leaving behind their babies to poor black women to starve to death. They are paying these local workers less than 2 dollars a day! Nice try illuminati journalist!

So their workforce will comprise of 30% Angolans? I am all for foreign assistance in development but eventually Angolans need to take over this process and the Chinese need to go home.
I think the Chinese engineer's English is a bit off. "In the future" in his mind it not "eventually" in your mind. He talked about the Angolans learning the skills, so he was talking "near future".
Your comment on the Angolan oil industry and linking it to terrorist attacks on Israel is stupid. You made a stupid comment so you're stupid - do I need to get out the finger puppets to explain this to you?
You made the following comment on a video about Angola's oil industry, "we seriously need to get rid of our oil dependency. We pay money to people who use it for terrorism against Israel."
If you know Angola is not in the Middle East then why the fuck do you link its oil industry to terror attacks on Israel?
"I was commenting on America's need for oil as a whole" - On a video that looks at China's development of the Angolan oil sector? Perhaps I can write about how Brasil's oil industry is adversely affecting its coastal environment?
that most unusual , the capitalist system would just take the oil and leave the place like pig had been feeding , a polluted poisoned hell , go China :)
You are so blindly anti-Western that you cannot see that China's brutal control of Muslim Ughyrs is instrumental in providing the country with its supply of oil.
Do yourself a favour and use your brain and think for yourself.
XinJiang produces a small percentage of China's domestic oil. So maybe the "brutal control" is not for oil. Ever thought about that?
Take your own advice. "Use your brain and think for yourself". Repeat that to yourself a couple of hundred times a day and you might, just might, have some hope.
That would depend on your definition of "brutal control" and "basic human rights". My advise to you is stop listening to your media and stop minding other people's business. If you care that much about these people, buy yourself a ticket and go live with them for a year or two. Then you can talk about "brutal control" and "violation" all you want, with authority. Right now, you are just repeating other people's bullshit.
please lets not dance around the bush here, "brutal control" is exactly what it is, no matter which way you look at it. it has ONLY ONE meaning which if you're not too ingnorant enough to know means the supression and mistreatment of people.
when reliable organisations such as amnesty international and human rights watch tell you exactly the same thing as, say, AL jazeera just reported it becomes more then just media speculation.
Criticism of Amnesty International may be classified into two major categories: accusations of selection bias and accusations of ideological bias. As part of the latter, many governments, including those of Israel, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, China, Vietnam, Russia, South Korea, and the United States, have attacked Amnesty International for what they assert is one-sided reporting or a failure to treat threats to security as a mitigating factor.
well if thats the best you can come up with, im sorry to say its not washing. the countrys you named among whom is ISRAEL is very pathetic. ignoring chinese dictatorship is one thing but excusing israel for its crimes against humanity and its down right racist treatment of the arabs is another. for them to accuse amnesty internal of bias is hardly supring since the tyrrant will always accuse the other party of wrong doing whilest blind to his own.
To believe Chinese government is some dictatorship shows your ignorance of the concept of dictatorship and lack of understanding of Chinese government as a whole. While I don't support what Israel is doing to its neighbors, I do know that Israel is not run a A tyrant. My advise to you stands, stop listening to propaganda. If you really care, go experience it yourself. If you don't care that much, stop interfering other country's business.
i begg your pardon? are you seriously telling me that you dont even know about the series of violations china is doing?, im assumeing that you're just insensitive to the uygher people so i will bring you cases where han chinese are bineg mistreated, lets see how you respond.
"Ye Guozhu, a 53-year-old housing rights activist, remains in prison despite having completed his four-year prison sentence in July 2008. After attempting to organize protests against forced evictions
You know how many people are there in China? 1.3 Billion. You can list injustice all day long and at the end of the year, it will still not be a thousandth of a percent. I know more bad things happening in China than you do because I am from China. However, at the end of the day, which government is perfect? Yours? US?
When you get "outraged" by reports of how bad the Chinese government is, do you feel better about your own?
its a figure of speach not a literal sense of begging your pardon,i wouldnt make a difference to me wether or not your forgave me.
you're not talking to an ignorant american here so dont assume that i critisize your country so that i can feel better about my own. i critisize any nation that opresses my brothers and humanity as a whole. wether or not you like it your government is a dictorship, you dont feel it either because you're not the one who china is after or becuase you submit 2 them.
You may not be an American but you are just as ignorant. Let me give you a freebie: A dictatorship is an autocratic form of government in which the government is ruled by a dictator. Who is this dictator in China? The president? How much power does he really have?
and that dosnt ring any bells with you? lool you just said it your self ONE PATY SYSTEM what more evidence does one need to understand that china's government is opressive. lool you're blinded by your idiocity to such an extent that you dont even realize what you're talking about.
One party system does not equal dictatorship you idiot. I know you hate to learn but seriously you need to study these terms if you expect any one to take you seriously.
im the idiot whilest you dont even know what you're talking about?, you're the most stubborn chinese person i've seen. if you have a one party government how on earth can there ever be such a thing as competition and free election? its like saying you have the choice of eating this orange carrot and this other orange carrot, which do you choose?
Here, another piece of free education. "dictatorship refers to an autocratic form of absolute rule by leadership unrestricted by law, constitutions, or other social and political factors within the state". It has nothing to do with how many parties you have to choose from.
only two cases? give me a break there are more then a thausand reports and they are just the evictees we havent even started on the subject of the people china has locked up in mental insitutions for thier outspoken charector and thier condemnation of this regime. we havent even scratched the surface of the several hundred of cases where women have been given forced abortions and the issue of "ghost children" in china. so dont act dumb there's more then a barrel of cases against you.
the fact that you could hardly even acknowlege the suffering of the two people whom i just mentioned, shows your insensitive and carelessness to your own people, if you dont even feel for your fellow country men and women i dont suppose how you could ever have the slightest sympathy for others outside your country.
You can ONLY have sympathy for others outside of your country IF you have sympathy for those inside your country? Examine your logic first before you criticize my empathy.
I have great empathy for ALL people who suffer from hunger, lack of medicine, lack of education, class/race/ethnic discrimination, etc, REGARDLESS of their race, nationality or gender.
As for those "activist", they are martyrs who CHOOSE to be martyrs. They don't need my sympathy. They are everywhere, in every country.
my logic thanks to God is exactly as it should be,i doubt however reading from every statement you've made that there's something vastly wrong with yours
if you sympathies with these why not acknowlege that they are actully suffering and bien mistreated? why brush it under the carpet and pretend such vile crimes never happned?,where is your soul these people are bieng denied thier homes for mere sports and play.!!
no activist chooses 2 be murdered like this dictatorship has done 2 so many
One minute they are in prison, the next they are "murdered"? Are we talking about the same 2 activists now or did you switch to someone else? Get your stories straight.
Let's take the "housing activist" for example. If the government wants to use your land and you refuse to move, the government should be able to move you. In US, that is called Imminent Domain. I am sure you have such thing in UK. If you protest by not moving, you will be arrested in US.
oh please dont make a fool out of yourself. im not taking the side of the U.S or the UK however they have more freedom then china has ever given. here in the UK you are permitted to not onlly permitted to take the governmet to court but also be resettled, these people who have been evicted could hardly do any of those without fear and persicution of this dictorial regime.
Now we are moving on to freedom, are we? If my history is correct, slavery ended 2000 years ago in China. How about UK and US?
You want to talk about resettlement, let's talk about resettlement. The Chinese government is resettling over 1 million people along the Yangzi river. How many were left homeless? They even moved people to big cities and tried to find them jobs. Did some fall through the crack? Of course. Did all of them want to move? Of course not.
Wow, that must be some powerful stuff you are smoking. Such delusion.
So far you have been all over the map and yet proved nothing. You gave 2 example of actives in prison as proof of "brutal control". You keep arguing that China is dictatorship when it is not. You keep arguing that one can't sympathize other people unless he sympathize his own people. Have I left any of your bullshit out?
I don't know what you are smoking there so I don't know what will make you stop laughing. May be you should kick yourself in the ass to get it started.
Back to logic. You believe that IF one does not sympathize with ALL the "injustice" in one's own country, then one CAN'T sympathize with any "injustice" elsewhere, correct? So do you sympathize will ALL the "injustice" in your own country?
first of all nothing is smoked on my side of the fence so get that right. the jokes on you so dont imbarres your self.
secondly im not like you so yes i do sympathize with every injustice in the UK.
thirdly the chinese government knows very little mercy or non at all as it has demonstrated throughout the olympics and even before. do you actully thinkthey had a choice but resettle them? if that was the case and this idiotic government is so pleasent why not resettle the olympic evictees?
Thank you for answering my trick question. There is no way for you to know every injustice in the UK. That is the whole freaking point. Now you proved that you are full of shit. Thanks.
So the resettlement is about Olympics? Do you know many of these "evictees" personally? Would you believe me if I told you that the evictees were all given apartments in high-rise buildings? Or will it be more convenient for you to believe that there are 1 million homeless people?
so in other words you advice me be careless and not give a damn about the injustices people go through? i dont claim to know everything but thats strange that you sit there and be so careless about injustice and opression.
dont you ever ask yourself, "what if this happned to me or my family, how would i possibly cope and how would i feel"?
Shut the fuck up. These people has a nation that is benefiting of the chinese development. Chinese get the black gold and these people get some infrastucture.
and how about this case, do you think this is anything less than "brutal dictatorship"?
"Hu Jia, a Beijing-based human rights activist who has worked on numerous issues including AIDS advocacy. Hu was one of 42 Chinese intellectuals and activists who co-signed an open letter, One World, One Dream: Universal Human Rights, calling for greater attention to human rights in China. On April 3, Hu was found guilty of inciting subversion of state power,
that because of the zionist controlled media feeding you poison lies to keep the world from becoming peaceable and there actions becoming clear , you all ready know that ,

Idiot, what does Angola have to do with terrorism in Israel? Brasil? Venezuela? Stupid Americans.
PauloGVieira 3 years ago
That's clever! Stupid Americans. Maybe next you'll be calling us Yankee Doodles!
Mrpastry909 3 years ago
Your comment on the Angolan oil industry and linking it to terrorist attacks on Israel is stupid. You made a stupid comment so you're stupid - do I need to get out the finger puppets to explain this to you?
PauloGVieira 3 years ago 4
I wasn't linking Angola to terrorism. Where did I say Angola sponsors it?
Mrpastry909 3 years ago
You made the following comment on a video about Angola's oil industry, "we seriously need to get rid of our oil dependency. We pay money to people who use it for terrorism against Israel."
These are your words you idiot, not mine!
PauloGVieira 3 years ago
Yeah...and get your facts straight, America pays Israel 6.8 $ mill per DAY (yes, DAY) just to continue the war against Gaza, how sad isn't it?
SamHj08 3 years ago
I know Angola isn't about the Middle East. I was commenting on America's need for oil as a whole.
Mrpastry909 3 years ago
If you know Angola is not in the Middle East then why the fuck do you link its oil industry to terror attacks on Israel?
"I was commenting on America's need for oil as a whole" - On a video that looks at China's development of the Angolan oil sector? Perhaps I can write about how Brasil's oil industry is adversely affecting its coastal environment?
PauloGVieira 3 years ago
that most unusual , the capitalist system would just take the oil and leave the place like pig had been feeding , a polluted poisoned hell , go China :)
manwiththecalicobag 3 years ago 4
at least china dont kill for oil
afgfam786 3 years ago 2
You are so blindly anti-Western that you cannot see that China's brutal control of Muslim Ughyrs is instrumental in providing the country with its supply of oil.
Do yourself a favour and use your brain and think for yourself.
PauloGVieira 3 years ago
XinJiang produces a small percentage of China's domestic oil. So maybe the "brutal control" is not for oil. Ever thought about that?
Take your own advice. "Use your brain and think for yourself". Repeat that to yourself a couple of hundred times a day and you might, just might, have some hope.
mengwise36 3 years ago
but there is "brutal control" is there not? or perhaps you deny that china is involved in violations of basic human rights.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
That would depend on your definition of "brutal control" and "basic human rights". My advise to you is stop listening to your media and stop minding other people's business. If you care that much about these people, buy yourself a ticket and go live with them for a year or two. Then you can talk about "brutal control" and "violation" all you want, with authority. Right now, you are just repeating other people's bullshit.
mengwise36 3 years ago
please lets not dance around the bush here, "brutal control" is exactly what it is, no matter which way you look at it. it has ONLY ONE meaning which if you're not too ingnorant enough to know means the supression and mistreatment of people.
when reliable organisations such as amnesty international and human rights watch tell you exactly the same thing as, say, AL jazeera just reported it becomes more then just media speculation.
so get to the point and stop acting smart.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
Criticism of Amnesty International may be classified into two major categories: accusations of selection bias and accusations of ideological bias. As part of the latter, many governments, including those of Israel, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, China, Vietnam, Russia, South Korea, and the United States, have attacked Amnesty International for what they assert is one-sided reporting or a failure to treat threats to security as a mitigating factor.
Like I said, it all depends.
mengwise36 3 years ago
well if thats the best you can come up with, im sorry to say its not washing. the countrys you named among whom is ISRAEL is very pathetic. ignoring chinese dictatorship is one thing but excusing israel for its crimes against humanity and its down right racist treatment of the arabs is another. for them to accuse amnesty internal of bias is hardly supring since the tyrrant will always accuse the other party of wrong doing whilest blind to his own.
so like i said stop acting smart plz
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
To believe Chinese government is some dictatorship shows your ignorance of the concept of dictatorship and lack of understanding of Chinese government as a whole. While I don't support what Israel is doing to its neighbors, I do know that Israel is not run a A tyrant. My advise to you stands, stop listening to propaganda. If you really care, go experience it yourself. If you don't care that much, stop interfering other country's business.
mengwise36 3 years ago
i begg your pardon? are you seriously telling me that you dont even know about the series of violations china is doing?, im assumeing that you're just insensitive to the uygher people so i will bring you cases where han chinese are bineg mistreated, lets see how you respond.
"Ye Guozhu, a 53-year-old housing rights activist, remains in prison despite having completed his four-year prison sentence in July 2008. After attempting to organize protests against forced evictions
human rights watch"
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
You don't have to beg my pardon. I forgive you.
You know how many people are there in China? 1.3 Billion. You can list injustice all day long and at the end of the year, it will still not be a thousandth of a percent. I know more bad things happening in China than you do because I am from China. However, at the end of the day, which government is perfect? Yours? US?
When you get "outraged" by reports of how bad the Chinese government is, do you feel better about your own?
mengwise36 3 years ago
its a figure of speach not a literal sense of begging your pardon,i wouldnt make a difference to me wether or not your forgave me.
you're not talking to an ignorant american here so dont assume that i critisize your country so that i can feel better about my own. i critisize any nation that opresses my brothers and humanity as a whole. wether or not you like it your government is a dictorship, you dont feel it either because you're not the one who china is after or becuase you submit 2 them.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
You may not be an American but you are just as ignorant. Let me give you a freebie: A dictatorship is an autocratic form of government in which the government is ruled by a dictator. Who is this dictator in China? The president? How much power does he really have?
mengwise36 3 years ago
the president of china is not the dictatorial regime imbecile, its the entire government and its policies. structure you're argument.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
It is called a one party system you moron. Check your vocabulary before you ask me to argue how you want me to argue.
mengwise36 3 years ago
and that dosnt ring any bells with you? lool you just said it your self ONE PATY SYSTEM what more evidence does one need to understand that china's government is opressive. lool you're blinded by your idiocity to such an extent that you dont even realize what you're talking about.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
One party system does not equal dictatorship you idiot. I know you hate to learn but seriously you need to study these terms if you expect any one to take you seriously.
mengwise36 3 years ago
im the idiot whilest you dont even know what you're talking about?, you're the most stubborn chinese person i've seen. if you have a one party government how on earth can there ever be such a thing as competition and free election? its like saying you have the choice of eating this orange carrot and this other orange carrot, which do you choose?
if im a fool i wonder what that makes you.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
You are a fool and I am not. That is the point.
Here, another piece of free education. "dictatorship refers to an autocratic form of absolute rule by leadership unrestricted by law, constitutions, or other social and political factors within the state". It has nothing to do with how many parties you have to choose from.
mengwise36 3 years ago
only two cases? give me a break there are more then a thausand reports and they are just the evictees we havent even started on the subject of the people china has locked up in mental insitutions for thier outspoken charector and thier condemnation of this regime. we havent even scratched the surface of the several hundred of cases where women have been given forced abortions and the issue of "ghost children" in china. so dont act dumb there's more then a barrel of cases against you.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
the fact that you could hardly even acknowlege the suffering of the two people whom i just mentioned, shows your insensitive and carelessness to your own people, if you dont even feel for your fellow country men and women i dont suppose how you could ever have the slightest sympathy for others outside your country.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
You can ONLY have sympathy for others outside of your country IF you have sympathy for those inside your country? Examine your logic first before you criticize my empathy.
I have great empathy for ALL people who suffer from hunger, lack of medicine, lack of education, class/race/ethnic discrimination, etc, REGARDLESS of their race, nationality or gender.
As for those "activist", they are martyrs who CHOOSE to be martyrs. They don't need my sympathy. They are everywhere, in every country.
mengwise36 3 years ago
my logic thanks to God is exactly as it should be,i doubt however reading from every statement you've made that there's something vastly wrong with yours
if you sympathies with these why not acknowlege that they are actully suffering and bien mistreated? why brush it under the carpet and pretend such vile crimes never happned?,where is your soul these people are bieng denied thier homes for mere sports and play.!!
no activist chooses 2 be murdered like this dictatorship has done 2 so many
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
One minute they are in prison, the next they are "murdered"? Are we talking about the same 2 activists now or did you switch to someone else? Get your stories straight.
Let's take the "housing activist" for example. If the government wants to use your land and you refuse to move, the government should be able to move you. In US, that is called Imminent Domain. I am sure you have such thing in UK. If you protest by not moving, you will be arrested in US.
mengwise36 3 years ago
oh please dont make a fool out of yourself. im not taking the side of the U.S or the UK however they have more freedom then china has ever given. here in the UK you are permitted to not onlly permitted to take the governmet to court but also be resettled, these people who have been evicted could hardly do any of those without fear and persicution of this dictorial regime.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
Now we are moving on to freedom, are we? If my history is correct, slavery ended 2000 years ago in China. How about UK and US?
You want to talk about resettlement, let's talk about resettlement. The Chinese government is resettling over 1 million people along the Yangzi river. How many were left homeless? They even moved people to big cities and tried to find them jobs. Did some fall through the crack? Of course. Did all of them want to move? Of course not.
mengwise36 3 years ago
further more dont tell me to get anything straight. so fare you're at the dwindling end of this argument
and you have hardly proved a single point.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
Wow, that must be some powerful stuff you are smoking. Such delusion.
So far you have been all over the map and yet proved nothing. You gave 2 example of actives in prison as proof of "brutal control". You keep arguing that China is dictatorship when it is not. You keep arguing that one can't sympathize other people unless he sympathize his own people. Have I left any of your bullshit out?
mengwise36 3 years ago
Once again, you assume your logic is correct. And once again, I ask you to examine your logic before you construct your argument.
mengwise36 3 years ago
lol defending a one horse race, what a joke. you call me to "examine" my logic while you dont even see the evident?. plz dont make me laugh.
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
I don't know what you are smoking there so I don't know what will make you stop laughing. May be you should kick yourself in the ass to get it started.
Back to logic. You believe that IF one does not sympathize with ALL the "injustice" in one's own country, then one CAN'T sympathize with any "injustice" elsewhere, correct? So do you sympathize will ALL the "injustice" in your own country?
mengwise36 3 years ago
first of all nothing is smoked on my side of the fence so get that right. the jokes on you so dont imbarres your self.
secondly im not like you so yes i do sympathize with every injustice in the UK.
thirdly the chinese government knows very little mercy or non at all as it has demonstrated throughout the olympics and even before. do you actully thinkthey had a choice but resettle them? if that was the case and this idiotic government is so pleasent why not resettle the olympic evictees?
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
"imbarres" myself?
Thank you for answering my trick question. There is no way for you to know every injustice in the UK. That is the whole freaking point. Now you proved that you are full of shit. Thanks.
So the resettlement is about Olympics? Do you know many of these "evictees" personally? Would you believe me if I told you that the evictees were all given apartments in high-rise buildings? Or will it be more convenient for you to believe that there are 1 million homeless people?
mengwise36 3 years ago
so in other words you advice me be careless and not give a damn about the injustices people go through? i dont claim to know everything but thats strange that you sit there and be so careless about injustice and opression.
dont you ever ask yourself, "what if this happned to me or my family, how would i possibly cope and how would i feel"?
TaskiyahEmaani 3 years ago
Shut the fuck up. These people has a nation that is benefiting of the chinese development. Chinese get the black gold and these people get some infrastucture.
Reqrezentin 3 years ago 2
and how about this case, do you think this is anything less than "brutal dictatorship"?
"Hu Jia, a Beijing-based human rights activist who has worked on numerous issues including AIDS advocacy. Hu was one of 42 Chinese intellectuals and activists who co-signed an open letter, One World, One Dream: Universal Human Rights, calling for greater attention to human rights in China. On April 3, Hu was found guilty of inciting subversion of state power,
