well judging by the comments i'd say its a bit odd good job i haven't yet seen it.. other than that.. i have a reaally strange visitor visit me every night.. pretty much hes boney and wears a cloak.. doesn't want me as i have spoken to him before through one of those people who speak to ghosts.. luckily for me he told me his name.. DEATH.. its cool as it means i don't fear him.. just odd that he doesn't want my soul.. he just keeps telling me that i'm needed.. along with other spirits

I think my mum had a haunted picture it was of a Freaky little girl dressed in 18 century clothes, and some times id get cold shivers out of no where and the feeling some one was in the room with me, then id see the freaky picture looking at me i swear it fol,lowed you with its eyes, then again though i was always stoned out of my head in those days, in the end i did dispose of it down the bin chute, and told my mum i had accidentally stumbled into the wall and it fell off, good ridance

@915naynay Its not a gun lol, everyone says the same thing, the painter said it is actually a battery with loose tangled wires. Although the painter maybe portrayed it that way so it gets confused with a gun, probably some sort of hidden message or something, you know that every painting has atleast a few secrets that probably the painter doesnt even want to say...

When I was a little girl, the little golden book that had prayers in it, had an angel looking through the wall looking at soem children. And that made me scared lol.

Did you know that this very painting isn't haunted? the illustrator must've been very disturbed, because a painting reflects it's illustrator... and apperantly, he was depressed, and so the painting is. It's all an illusional aspect, and psychological, and so people may carry that energy after they're contact, thus causing nightmares! And, paintings with unknown history are scary, because fear is the unknown, thus concluding my proof that This is not a haunted painting, but very disturbed.

Uhhh....you're right, so heres, the thing, i am 13 years old, and i saw this picture 2 years ago, i couldn't help myself, it's like my voice worked on it's own, and i just backed away and screamed. I am terrified of this picture, maybe i'm going insane.

@LonleyDeath1423 Do not worry, that's a typical response to a youth like us, for, you see, i am but of 12 years of experience, and, that painting is meant to creep, or, FREAK you out, simply because of the dark feeling to the painting, trust me, I wanted to scream myself, but, if you show this weakness, it will stay, and most likely give you mental trouble for a good month. It's all about the feeling of the painting. Get past the dark color, it's not too sad.

@hattpappa Yes, but they are mentally illusive paintings, and it WILLO creep you out because the illustator was, perhaps crazy when h made this, and he reflected his belief into the painting. I am an atheist, but there is something more to that painting, perhaps this guy, the illustrator, did something horrible or sinful and put it into the painting, or made it before that deed, he could've even killed himself and put his aura (evil and sad) into that very painting. God that's creepy

@hattpappa Ahh, yess.. They are only paintings but that is just what makes them so frightening.. Someone, or something had an emotional attachment to such pieces.. And now they will not let go even in the afterlife! And whoever in the present has touched their possession is surely to be.. Possessed!

The Mona Lisa tries to give you a passive and glorious aura, byt this, this is decent, perhaps evil, if this folk-tale proves it's worth, and oppressing, yet scary. it fells like it's pushing you down, doesn't it? That's the music, your tensing, knowing it's scary, and goind to be frieghtening, and, most predominantly, the feel of the painting. Dark, isn't it?

There's something truly malevolent about this painting ! I have no doubt about this being a demonically inspired work of art. If you look carefully, you have every aspect of what is most associated with demons - Contempt, horror, terror, darkness, and the powerfully real nightmarish sensation to its observance.
