well, last season Georgina came into town and was blackmailing Serena because she thought she killed a guy, so she was blackmailing her into being friends with her, but Serena told her to leave. Then she pretended to be Dan's friend and she told Serena she'd tell him if she said anything. Then she hooked up with Dan(they didn't have sex, but it was close) and then Blair got her parents to send her to boarding school.

ok, well the first time Serena & Georgina hung out in the first season, they both got drunk & Georgina had a lot of fun, but then when they were hanging out again Serena just got a soda, so Georgina drugged it. Nothing really bad happened to Serena... she missed her SAT, that was all...
