i first saw Al in Columbus OH in 1969 or 70, freakin awesome. Then is West Los Angeles in the early 90,s. Then we had the Northridge quake of 94 and he said he'd never come back. Bummer. I hate NY but love the crap out of Al what cha gonna do???

@ALfaDuB101 I like the studio version of this--off of the Blood Sweat and Tears album Child Is Father to the Man. It was great production--just perfect. Give that a listen. I like when he delivers the line "I'm just flesh and blood" I like Donny too,just vastly prefer the energy of the original.
