Good to see there was no CLAPPING upon landing of this flight. I was on an Alitalia flight once from LHR to MXP when a nice Italian lady sitting next to me told me that those who clap are considered very "low class". So, I believe her cuz she looked so elegant. Because Alitalia use Boeing 767 for link Italy to Toronto and the passenger cabin it's not really the best. The Triple Seven or the new airbus that joint AZ was more better. Normaly i prefer flight in North Amirica with Air Canada, Continental, Us Airways... I think KLM a good company too but i never flight with they until now...

I was sitting at the window and asked a passing F/A for a glass of water and they told me to go to the back to get it, meaning I had to disturb the two passengers next to me. And guess what they were doing in the back, reading magazines.. hmmmph. Otherwise, not bad, but dont think I'll fly them across the pond again. Air France was much better.

Should an occasion occur, we handel it professionaly. Passengers buy a ticket on an airline for Service and transport, Alitalia has got the transport part right but nhot the service part. So every time our planes leave JFK for MXP with 70% italians onbord, i understand why when they tell me they like Delta much better than Alitalia or "Hellitalia". Like i said before to earn your money you have to WORK!! For it.
But then again your italian and most italians are lazy and dont know the concept or WORKING!!! For your money.. So now i know why 70% of Italians on Delta flights to italy say they prefer Americn crriers rather than "Hellitalia". As fas as uniforms go i have seen the Alitalia ones and i can say that i would never be caught dead in them, especially to a flying public.

I've flown many times on Alitalia. 777 are beautiful planes, and the flights (MXP-JFK and MXP-MIA) were beautiful.
