Hey, this is pretty good. One spark of sanity in an insane world.
One very important phrase that he mentions briefly at 5:30, "Selfish behavior that will be punished if it is carried out."
And is it punished? Is Arab terror and all sorts of other shenanigans punished? No, it's encouraged. The more terror and nonsense, the more the whole world loves them and supports their cause. The more money into their pocket. So why should they stop?
@Nasiruddin84 He sure is, and he's also Jewish so it'll fit nicely with the NWO conspiracy thing :-)
Unfortunately many of his lectures are in Hebrew (he teaches in the Hebrew university). I translated one (/watch?v=8WfBfEN1hzQ). Maybe, when i'll have the time (translating is tedious) i'll put up more, but many are reluctant to see lectures in Hebrew.
@Joniversity I swear the NWO people are probably some of the dumbest out there. Any absence of fact to support their wild claims? Obviously they were covered up to hide us from the TRUTH. Facts? Who needs those anyone with "common sense" can figure this stuff out! Evidence? Why, its widely available!(but I will not show you any)
so the one most important thing to keep peace is "to engage". While that does go on between Israel and Arab govt's (even if in hostile manner) that was NOT put into action for the Arab masses - Israel should've created ISRAEL 24 TV news channel for that (as for many other reasons, most importantly to tell the TRUTH to the poor brainwashed Arabs and Westerners). But they did NOT. Too arrogant, too stupid, too full of themselves (the Labor Left that is).
I had heard or read the saying peace is preparation for war, and war is the struggle for peace but neither can be anything more than temporary. But this guy spoke a lot of sense.
I think his theory is spot on, however Arabs are not being fed rational information that allow them to see that Israel is there to stay. They are constantly being told that Allah is on his way and they are "winning against the evil Jews". I think this is the reason for their so called patients, a hollow belief.
@Joniversity Hey bro if u are into game theory i advise u to get the book "predicting the future" by Bruce Bueno. For the middle east the most likely outcome is Palestinian union with Jordan.
@JulianThePhilosopher I saw his lecture on Ted about a year or so ago (only remembered it after i googled him). I've read another book about game theory "thinking strategically" which was pretty good (it has lots of handson examples and stuff). Regarding your last remark, it's probably the best outcome, but i'm not sure if it's the most likely, at least not in the foreseeable future.
Another very interesting analysis along the same lines is article "A SHORT GUIDE TO BAZAAR NEGOTIATIONS" by Moshe Sharon.
Politics (including war) as a Middle Eastern Bazaar.
Google and read it.

Sorry, but this spark of sanity is too lonely. There is too much madness out there. There will never be peace.

Is there any possibility to elect this guy as president of a unified global republic? He's fucking awesome!
