  • hey a si ti slovenec? imas jokerja!!!!

  • Sm ja, sam je to en star CD :)

  • funny...that thing sounds like the cdrom drive in my old computer :P

  • cools it sounds like a jet engine :D

  • where did you get electricity?

  • i dont know maybe an outlet?

  • from an eel

  • FROM AN OIFY

  • lol id still want something over that ive seen that mythbusters segment where they spin CDS on routers

  • Or if it was 32X then it should be about 15,000 RPM

  • Most 32x drives run 32x on the outer track, not the inner. On the inner track a typical 32x drive runs 14x speed (making it a 14-32x)... meaning the speed on the inner track is 7000 rpm, and 6400 rpm on the very outermost track (80 min mark).

52x drives run at a constant ~10,000 rpm, or 21-52x speed. No CD drive above 12x speed operates at CAV. Up to 32x they use a mix of CLV/CAV, higher than that they're all CLV.

  • i dont think id want to be near that thing when its spinning that fast if it de rails

  • 25,000 RPM

    OR 415 RPS

  • That is a 32X speed drive, but it is 5 years old, I havent measured, how fast it was turning

  • That loud from a 32x

  • is that a 24 x speed drive??
