om that is so easy we doit elem. school but were more stiff and straight but u were good we pop higher and we do flips in the air im a flyer so the other day my bases dropped me when i was poping from a back tuck it rlly hurt
that was good im on a varsity team and we have a really good stunt sequence also what grade level are you in ? cause u look like high school seniors.... ha cause freshman year we were throwing those and now were juniors and are stunts are ten times better weve been undefeted at compotitisons for the past 3 or 4 years now =]
At mine, since we have little girls, we only o up, elevate, hitch, come back down then cradle!(:
