What do you suggest I do if I have a really bad mouse?

I just got this Steelseries Kinzu Optical (Steelseries>Counter-Strike,no­t UrT)

It has 3200 DPI (CPI for their language) and it's been too hard to get used with it.

So i just let all of this commands on default:

m_forward 0.025

m_side 0.025

m_pitch 0.022

m_yaw 0.022

Can you please describe to me,what is M_FORWARD and M_SIDE?

@V4lb Mouse acceleration shouldn't be used. It increases the sensitivity of the crosshair over time while the mouse movement is constant. This makes you miss targets when you make quick turns or 180's since ur crosshair moves more than it would if on constant sensitivity. The best way is to play on high sensitivity (quick turns) for CQC and low sensitivity (better accuracy) for long range engagements.

@rockyqw1 It's a personal preference. I've played Urban Terror for about 3 years and i've used mouse acceleration the whole time, and for me it's great. I can do quick turns and still hit the target. If i wanted both precision and speed without mouse accel, i'd have to use a low sens and move my arm like crazy.

OMG dude i used to do exactley the same every time i went to play on internet, took some objects and quicly tryed to shoot some little spot on it then another and another. and also the aiming on same spot while moving. nice to know im not the only one doing this xD

ill give you another advice to enhance ur aiming. use a pistol like deagle and do a match against others, do only one shot while shooting someone and try to get a hs, that wil GREATLY enhance ur aiming. cool vide btw, 5/5.

nice tutorial, it really helps ppl on the control of the aim... and with this vid we can understand why N00b's thing that pro players are cheating, if was me at 6 mouths or so ago and saw u do this but with players i'll presume that u was cheating... but u did it map object, and mombot doesnt understant those.
