Hi, I'm a Japanese. In the film, actually what the high school girl saying was ' Granma was always saying she wanted try the ' high school girls' trendy loose-socks'. Seems like the granma was very fashionable nice lady. :-)

I love the positive schoolgirl, saying grandma liked to wear high socks like them, and says 'grandma...byebye' with a smile.
