The DNC has NO authority whatsoever to invalidate the votes that were cast that day in LEGAL elections. The states broke PARTY rules, not Election Laws, and the only authority the DNC has, is to NOT seat the delegates at the convention. The elections in Michigan and Florida were legal and certified by state Election Board. Obama removed his name from the ballot in Michigan in name only as he had an "uncommitted" category added so he could ask his supporters to cast an uncommitted vote for him

The courts have ruled that the DNC is a private entitiy (non-govermental) and their rules are their rules.
Look at the tapes from JedReport that shows the Florida reps actually voting and stating they don't want this moved up (wink-wink).
That being said, she should get all of the votes in Florida, and abide by the Michigan compromise that the state has proposed, not the DNC. So far she has refused to accept Michigan's proposal. What else does she want?

As a Michigan voter, I would be offended if Hillary got all the delegates and votes. I didn't vote because they said it wouldn't count and Obama's name wasn't on the ballot. Hillary agreed that this wouldn't count and now changes her mind and wants a Soviet type vote in an American election.
