Why can't the game wardens handle that buffalo with some diplomacy instead of pulling it ?

What use is a government that cant save the wildlife, which is our top foreign currency earner. So are they waiting for all the animals to die before they take action?

Soon our ministers will be here in the west begging for aid money to save our animals. Prevention is better than cure.
