You need to work a bit on your technique and your string beds are all out - rem aim for a note and hit it on a bend dont just bend for the sake of bending.

Practice with a metronome at all speeds fast and slow. Get good at playing with a slow metronome and playing 2x faster then 4x faster, then play with a FAST metronome (180 BPM) playing at 50% speed (notes on every other click) this will build up your timing and get you used to the different timings out there.....weeeeeeee!
