Pros: Keyboard ... Keyboard .... screen .... camera .... ability to personalize... Speed ... potential... cost...

Cons: The screen is too bright and the resolution is too high.Too fast.software is free. too thin and too light. There's no plastic. Far too many processers. way too much battery life. so much overkill all those full function USB and Memory ports.

Summary: for fuction and form it blows everything away ... and that's without Androids 4.0 Icecream!!!!

@linkbest84 Wifi, no 3G. You will have to tether or hotspot using your smartphone's data plan. Prefer having no 3G and just tethering. Because you will have to swap SIM cards (you miss calls and texts because it isnt a phone) or pay ANOTHER data plan. Besides, with the dock you can charge your phone via usb while it's tethering your Asus Transformer (Since the dock has full size USB ports and micro-HDMI) And having 3g generally makes the device thicker and more expensive.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it acts as a sufficient reason for iPad defeat: would you say the same if it had only 2 cores, a 2mega-pixel camera, tegra 2 and a screen the size of a size 5 foot? My guess says no.

It's sufficient enough to extremely limit the users web experience given that so much content is still in flash and in saying that it won't be replaced any time soon because of the shear amount of it. Alot of people buy these things for watching/playing content on the web, how long do you think it'd take for them to discover alot of shit won't load. Not that I'm pro-flash, but if there's enough content on the web you have to include it.

Oh and within the first few minutes of using it she asked me why won't this load...cause it's flash my dear. Yes in part due to marketing, but perhaps more so for the 'apple experience', which is refined to the extent where people just see them as the only option.
