My doctor sent me to Stephen for heel pain with running. He helped my heel within 2 sessions without touching my foot or ankle. I then learned the pilates and gyrotonics exercises to strengthen and stretch my spine with a return to running w/o pain. I then moved to LA and he gave me the name of a place to continue a Pilates class in Santa Monica. That's been 3 years now, and the stretches and home release work have kept me running. I even took up surfing. I miss you guys at Core.

Stephen is an exceptional physical therapist, very unique. And I have had PT for years for multiple injuries.
