It's funny the things that will satisfy us as kids but are so cringe worthy as adults. I still loved this growing up and Saved By The Bell. It would always make me sad when I would watch Saved By The Bell as the summer holidays were coming to a close as they seemed to be having a great time at Bayside and my school just sucked.
My life was hard back then. My childhood was brutal. When I listen to this, it's bitter-sweet because it takes me back to a place when I felt good, but was also going through so many problems. My life is so much better than when I was a kid and I never wish to go back there. But I envy you guys who had good childhoods and I'm sad to hear some of your lives aren't as great today. I guess for some of us things reverse, some for the better as in my case and others for the worse. I wish all well.

No bills, no mortgage, no job, no relationship responsibilities, no money worries,etc etc. Just go to school, come home, hang out, and that was it. I'd love to experience it again, if only for a day.

Hi Victoria....Yes, Kelly was a main star on the show, but it's not fair to single out any one cast member. They all deserve the same amount of credit equally. As for the band having a leader, there isn't one specific member who should be given that title. California Dreams was a group effort, and made successful by the music and friendships they formed with each other. I hope that answers all of your questions Victoria.

I FREAKIN LOVE THIS SHOW. I still do even though it was one of those typical teen shows. My favorite characters were Matt Garrison and Mark Winkle. I always wished I could make my hair like Sly. He had the best hair ever.
Just for those in the UK the DVD release of seasons 1-2 are region free. It says region 1 on the back of the box but it will play on any region player.

@esperantomusica I feel you! I'm 23 too. We were 90's KIDS, not teenagers...but man do I wish I could've experienced the teen life back then...but I'm also glad I wasn't born any later. This theme song brings back so many great memories I want to cry...I had the best childhood

@memoir02 WORD!!!! as for cartoons,the cartoons of today are pitiful.one time my nephew was watchin a cartoon called Regular Show (on cartoon network) and showed a man and a woman over a video game doing the french kiss.so stupid

Good classic. I remember waking up on Saturday mornings watching this on NBC or AKA TNBC as it was called. I loved this and Saved By The Bell.

Hey there, Seasons 3-5 were the best, IMO and I like it BETTER than Saved by the Bell and even today's cheesy Teen Shows
But out of curiousity, when The Garrison Family left the show, they put Starring Kelly Packard, but I want to know this:
Who was the leader of the group? Tiffany or Jake and also, were Kelly, Michael & William the stars of the show since they were on every episode and also, who was the real focus of the show? Sly & Lorena? Please share your thoughts on all of this please

Hi Victoria....Yes, Kelly was a main star on the show, but it's not fair to single out any one cast member. They all deserve the same amount of credit equally. As for the band having a leader, there isn't one specific member who should be given that title. California Dreams was a group effort, and made successful by the music and friendships they formed with each other. I hope that answers all of your questions Victoria.

I FREAKIN LOVE THIS SHOW. I still do even though it was one of those typical teen shows. My favorite characters were Matt Garrison and Mark Winkle. I always wished I could make my hair like Sly. He had the best hair ever.

Just for those in the UK the DVD release of seasons 1-2 are region free. It says region 1 on the back of the box but it will play on any region player.
I ordered mine from America as soon as I heard it was coming out. I've been waiting ages for this to finally come out I've been keeping an eye on all the websites :)

i use to watch this video all the time on tv,and saved by the bell cause things back then was innocent and you woke up going to school watching this.i use to set my vcr on record almost every weekend for it.man the good old days they dont even make shows like this anymore, why isnt this show on TBS? they show saved by the bell so much they could atleast put this show in the lineup
