holy crap, they move like they're in zero grav or something... i'm trying to learn tai chi from a video (no actual classes where i'm at) and FAILING miserably...
We do that on my training ^^ And i'm not so good at it -.- I am the only one who is young there in my training -.- (sorry 4 my bad english) xD 5 stars! ^^
Tai chi movements look easy in the books when you see them, it looks smooth and repeated...

tai chi is really easy.all you have to do is follow their movements.dont quit if you dont get it right the first time . just keep going and pratice.

The one in the fore-ground obviously is the best. She is in harmony with everything and movements are fluid and natural.

Hey Zeyf13, did you give up or still at it..
Maybe trying to do some qi-gong excersises first would give you a better feeling and then move on to tai chi
