@supertacoOMG download MC Patcher and patch minecraft with it. After that, start up minecraft and you see the texture packs option. Open it and then open the texturepack folder. When you download a texture pack, just drag the .rar file in the texturepacks folder. Then you can choose your texturepack in-game.

Dunno if it's just me but the motion blur gave me a headache. The GLSL shaders and dynamic shadows are totally cool and very atmospheric. I just think the motion blur is offputting. I managed to make it about 9 minutes in before I went and watched the Twitch.tv recording. Everyone: the Twitch.tv recording DOESN'T have motion blur, so watch that! :)
