  • cool, u know ur body type is cool cos ur obviously strong but ur muscles dont show like huge. cos u do ur exercise quickly. if u do it quickly ur muscles grow in strength but not in size if u do it slowly they grow both ways. but it doesnt mean if u have huge muscles that shwo that u r stronger than a guy with thin muscles. it is also cool cos if someone wants to fight with u cos they think ur weak they get pounded lol.     Some of the "exercises" are just plain dumb (situps in the snow) and whatever you call wildly swinging your arms in a punching motion with weights... one slightly wrong move can really wreck your shoulder.

  • dude try yoga streches. Look up snake and cat dog and bird dog. I recommend these to ANYONE who works out or is involved in tricking like me. I went for a frontflip and came to low and cracked my lower spine causeing a muscle spasim and the ball parts of the spine to shift. Went to chiropratcor and told him waht i do. He said those types of yoga strenghten the backs natural posture stabilizers. Basically if your back is weak it strenghtens it.

  • pour le dragon flag, pull-over et crunch/crunch inversé... ça aide beaucoup... mais tu peux toujours y aller en excentrique (en négatif), tu montes en crunch inversé et tu dessends en dragon flag... ça devrait beaucoup aider tout ça ...
