cool, u know ur body type is cool cos ur obviously strong but ur muscles dont show like huge. cos u do ur exercise quickly. if u do it quickly ur muscles grow in strength but not in size if u do it slowly they grow both ways. but it doesnt mean if u have huge muscles that shwo that u r stronger than a guy with thin muscles. it is also cool cos if someone wants to fight with u cos they think ur weak they get pounded lol. He said those types of yoga strenghten the backs natural posture stabilizers. Basically if your back is weak it strenghtens it.
for that, something like one year of amateur, clumsy, uncertain training... you can tget really good result with a training program... google is your friend...
