@TwoSpirit06 Yes, it is very tasty in the soy sauce, but you may not want to put the wasabi in there since the chef usually puts enough wasabi in the sushi already.

@TwoSpirit06 You can eat it any way you like. Some people add hot sauce to everything. It's sometimes borderline stupid but you've got that freedom. I believe she is showing how sushi is meant to be eaten, Japan is really big on etiquette and if you wanna do it like them.... this how it should be done.

some ppl do add extra wasabi to their sushi if desired into their soy sauce dish

plus you don't want any soy sauce onto the rice not because it's " too much soy sauce" you don't want the rice to touch the soy sauce because the rice will fall into the sauce.
