How is it that religious people order their lives using "Faith" and "Feelings" yet when it comes to things like medicine, flying in an airplane or any of a 1000 things that require science they demand evidence? Medicine was a gift from God so even unbelievers can have more time to turn to him. Healing is god's way of showing he's real. But if someone chooses to disagree with God's will, he has not known it at all.

My friend Brian, was diagnosed with lung cancer. The doctors told him he had 2 months to live. Brian prayed. He went to undergo the cancer treatment and the doctor wondered why he wasn't sick anymore. His exam showed no cancer. Jesus did those same things in the bible. People can pray for healings and become healed. Logical thinking says we don't have a cure for cancer, but we do. Jesus, the bible says it, and stories like this are proof.

I agree. I am a christian and i understand people have different views. I accept everyone for who they are and love them despite of differences. "So help me God" and "in god we trust" also "one nation under god" stemed from early american settlers and are gov was based on their beliefs. At least thats what i think. Actually our country was founded as a secular nation allowing all religions to be practice freely. Our national motto was change from "E Pluribus Unum" to "In God we trust" and then it was put on all our money and "under God" was added to our pledge all in the 1950s. I know you're probably a good person, but being in the majority religion, you probably don't see how disrespectful it is for other people to have to say "So help me God"

I may not know what non christians go threw but i do know that as christians we are to honor the word of god and love everybody, even if they live sinful lives. Just because you have faith, does not make it come into existence nor make it true. God created sin, then he later makes a loophole by sending down Jesus to die for us all? Does that make any sense? My friend Brian, was diagnosed with lung cancer. The doctors told him he had 2 months to live. Brian prayed. He went to undergo the cancer treatment and the doctor wondered why he wasn't sick anymore. His exam showed no cancer. Jesus did those same things in the bible. People can pray for healings and become healed. Logical thinking says we don't have a cure for cancer, but we do. Jesus, the bible says it, and stories like this are proof.

Actually our country was founded as a secular nation allowing all religions to be practice freely. Our national motto was change from "E Pluribus Unum" to "In God we trust" and then it was put on all our money and "under God" was added to our pledge all in the 1950s.
