My daughter Taylor was chosen to be part of this Forest Kindergarten and she absolutely loved going to the Forest every week. In this video she has a "starring" role which is absolutely fabulous.
What a great way to share what the kids did and how they learned all about the woods even cutting tree branches with a saw and making a camp fire. She is alway looking for little creatures now when we are out.
My son Andrew attended this every week at St Pauls and loved it. He has always been passionate about the outdoors but attending forest schools really made him more aware of what a forest is and the fun that can be had. This is something I'd recommend all parents get there children involved in as it not only provides fresh air and exercise but educates them. Hopefully all these children and more will grow up to appreciate what is on there doorstep.
What a wonderful opportunity for these kids to get outdoors into their local woods. They look like they are thoroughly enjoying themselves and learning lots about the environment. What a great idea to aim this sort of scheme at nursery aged kids. Where can I find out more?
Hi Karen, got your text about this video. I didn't know they were doing this so close to home. It's just the kind of thing I'd like to see for the boys. THANKS! I'll let Mary see it. How are things with you out in sunny Falkirk???

I wish they did this when my son was younger as they all look as though they are really enjoying themselves. I hope this continues for the kids. x
