That thing is a Chozo Statue and i used Hyper Ball.

The Screw Attack is in another video. You get it after your through with the west side of Skytown.

The upgrade is called Screw Attack. Its found in later parts of the video. Press B to jump once and B to space jump and B to screw attack and tap B once in a while to cross over a large gap.

but how did you do that thing at the very beginning with the morph ball

i just got the game and i didnt know you could jumb without using a bomb.

and how did you do that lightning thing to make the statue move

The thing is called "Spring Ball". Just flick the Wii-Remote up. You can also preform a double morph ball jump with spring ball and a bomb. Spring ball up and place a bomb. As soon as the bomb explodes, jump and you will be propelled higher in MB. Its better than double bomb jump.

The Lighting thing is an upgrade called "Hyper Ball". You'll find out about it later when you get it.
