Nice demo. I was reading on the web that Gold has been found to be magnetic down near the atomic level. May be Silver too? Don't know. Howard Johnson did a lot of research on magnets and found many unexplained things going on. One thing I found interesting is that he shows that current in a wire has a right hand and a left hand magnetic field. Current physics says this is not true, but HJ did show this to be correct. May be this has something to do with your demo. Anyway, thanks.
Today's investigations show that it's the "dip" in the Earth's field that is causing the effect. When a magnet is placed on the ramp with its N pole towards the ramp, it is pinned in place by the Earth's field...and can thus slide stably down a very steep ramp.
Further support for this explanation comes from a colleague in Australia. His magnets slide more stably down the ramp when their N pole is oriented outwards...the opposite of the behavior we observe "up" here.

Nice demo, little1406!
I just want to point out that this effect was first pointed out to me by OU posters "lumen" and "X000013" about 10 days ago or thereabouts.
Interested researchers may want to check the thread on the overunity forum for more discussion of this effect.
Thanks again for posting this clear demo, little1406.
