you can get sponsors even if you aren't rich.. you just gotta look for it. that kid was practically born to drum. he's too young to look for sponsors and having a musician as a dad does help him a lot in practicing and stuff... i think he got the drumkit from his sponsor, which is sabian, roland, (his electric drumset) and vic firth.. so many places.. but you should definately try to find someone if you are talented in drumming to help you if you don't have the money

Well it's not really a record label anyone can sign up but basically what it does is it like sets up gigs for you and stuff so you can be signed by a bigger label. But it's still classified as a record label.

that's the thing. igor's father is a musician so he probably knows some sponsors right off the bat. i don't really play music so I don't know either...i know berklee college of music let students go to their school for free if they are exceptional.. and a band called dream theater (mike portnoy is the drummer) is from that school.. but i heard that there's always money available if you are willing to look for them. maybe ask ppl from music schools..
