Yea I had this cartoon on a VHS tape with other cartoons. I've been trying to find the english dubbed version, but no luck.

I remember the weirdest part in this cartoon was the part when he's playing at the radio control panel, and this crazy voice on the other end shouts, "What's going on here!? What's going on here!? This has to stop!!"
