youre right and i agree. i think its their producers trying to shocase corey and his singing voice. and i say its crap. garbage. its not why we started listening to slipknot to hear this pretty sounding toned down girly songs. we started because of the mystery, intensity. anger, brutality... first time i saw them was in 97 in old bridge nj. and they get worse and more mellow every time i see them. :( the title for the new album explains it all all hope really is gone.
