  • Listen to Dr. Tim,he is telling the absolute truth. Why waste money and time on videos that will change every year, if not every month? Learn the basic technique and stick to one style. Results will pay off provided you are consistent and dedicated. You can never get bored if you are doing it right and besides, how can we learn every workout there is?

  • How many of these should i do each day to make it more effective?

  • HMM.. howcome excercise videos always have VERY thin women. LOL just doesnt make sense I mean shes unreal skinny! I used to look like that it took me 6 months to gain 20 lbs!

  • she doesn't have butt....

  • I have a big bubbly butt, it kind of just sticks out. I want to minimize it .. preferably make it come back towards my waist but still have the firmness in it .. but I dont want the bulge anymore ... does anyone know if this will do that for me?

  • plsss dr can u tell me how i can reduce my waist

  • hahahahahaha

    this chikk has NO ass wot so ever, she lunged it all away : -]

  • Will this flatten your but? I do NOT want a flat but. I have a booty! I want to make my legs smaller but I like my but! Will this help just the legs or will it cause me to have one of those buts where you can't tell where the back stops & the legs begin?

  • I generally do this with dumbells on both arms, is this good or bad? Like should I be doing this without weights?

  • thanks doctor T. !

  • my knees creak like hell...i dont get pain but they just creak like hell when i do the lunges:(

    what do i do?

  • same here...

  • Try using DMSO (I use the Gel form) applied topically on your knees. Also take about 5000mg of MSM a day. This will do wonders for your joints as well as your health.

  • I don't wanna lose my legs :(

    They're thick and beautiful :(

  • My thighs are chubby but if i do lunges would i lose the fat on my thighs and be toned at the same time..??

  • you cannot lose fat from working out, you lose fat from burning calories i.e. jogging, eating healthy, etc. this is for giving you that tone in your legs, not for taking the fat off

  • he is right you guys ! dont thumb him down !

  • Yes, you WILL lose some fat by doing lunges and working out. You burn ALOT of calories by lifting weights and doing exercises. T2024 seems to think jogging is the only way to burn calories, it is not.

  • Just what I needed :P

    Thanks =)

  • great video dr.T,im having problems my thighs n butt are a bit big n huge and i would like to know if this exercise suits me..im planning to reduce the thigh n butt bulkiness..what should i do doc?

  • its fat that is making ur thight giagantic not muscle, the muscle will give you tone

  • Ok I'm not understanding something. Everyone is saying the word "tone". I am toned.Toned butt and thighs. I just want my butt more "bubbly" and a lil bigger,and my thighs to be a lil bigger too with muscles but I still want to look feminine,not big like a body builder. So do these exercises pertain to me as well?

  • These exercises will definitely create the "toned" foundation that you need, and the soft tissue / muscular foundation is vital to the overall success when it comes to shaping, toning, developmental and functional processes.

    To increase size you need;

    1) Weights (5-8 lbs.) or some form of resistance

    2) Increased reps / workout frequency

    3) increase in daily protein

    Keep me posted on your progress,

    Dr. T

  • Thanks Dr. T!. I've subscribed to your videos as well and checked out your website. Thanks again.

  • I just had my first child 2 months ago and I would like to start working out again. I tried doing lunges and it sorta feels uncomfortable near my pelvic bone. Should I consult my doctor because I did lunges before I got pregnant and I never felt that before.

  • I would consult with your OB/GYN, most likely you still have some hormones circulating that help the pelvis and surrounding tissue to expand -Relaxin, these hormones will normalize and your pelvic region should stabilize, and/or some post delivery scar tissue could be making the area sensitive. I would do non-weight bearing lower body exercises after you get the approval from your Doc. Congratulations on the kid!!

  • Absolutely! I have a great sequence I will put up that is fabulous for the entire shape & tone of the thighs & butt!
