hey i have built a module using VNC1L and FT232Rl only .. blinked the LED as well .. this device is able to draw from the PC as well .. but the thing is i am unable to put the firmware into the VNC1L as my device is not being detected by PC .. i am in a fix .. can you please help me with this .. :( please
I do hardware stuff just for fun ;) I'm a little ambitious when it comes to my work, though. This thing here almost drove me crazy as I had no coated PCBs anymore oO
Oh, I forgot to mention something (I'd better do a summary...): J2ME cellphone app works over Bluetooth, this one is connected to the board we build (same as yours). That's it, thanks again.
I'm working on this same board but we took it too far! Our goal is that a J2ME application sends a signal for USB flash disk (master) to be copied to another one (slave). I've been reading docs about FTD2XXX library and my theory is I need to write a C++ program and then use the JD2XX (JNI) to achieve the communication.
Could you give me your email or some way to contact you? Your help will be really appreciated.
I don't see a problem. Many of those Bluetooth dongles support a UART mode, at which they can be interfaced with the Vinculum directly. If this is not the case, you have a problem anyways.
You're right, my Bluetooth CI supports UART. Is it necessary to connect FT232 from VNC1L to Bluetooth CI in order to get the communication between them?
Hi, it's me again. I just bought VF2F2 module from Vimculum (the one who copies files from an USB flash to another one), and all I got is a folder named VF2F001 but NONE of the files are copied.
can u send me the schematic and pcb layout for 6 channel usb relay card and detail of how to do the remote ........hey i don't know much abot electronics but can surely try..........
You bought that you damn liar!

What do you mean?
I also suggest you read the datasheet for the Vinculum.

homepage ?

Somehow I doubt that you are able to handle this stuff anyways.

can you please mail me the designs..

I checked into my repo. Go to my homepage, "projects"/"browse repos" then avr, then usb_host_module.

Of course not...

Do you do this full time or is this just a hobby for you? You must have some serious training/education. Nice work, amazing really.
