hi i have the same sort of kart a 100cc but io cant reli start it how could i start it?

push it for a time on the road or wind a rope or a strap aroud the back wheel and pull, the first time when the engine is cold i block a part of the airbox (choke it)

so it gets a bit more feul

i have done the strap thing but woundnt start. but i found the spark plug wont spark, wat shall i do?

have you got another sparkplug ? if a new one doesnt spark then you have to chech your ignition system but i havent any trouble with it

probably about 30 hours before you need to rebuild the top end

you don't know what your talking about because that's a 115cc tkm extreme engine.

the interesting thing about karting is the HUGE difference in classes by weight and engine type etc,etc,etc......quite complicated for anyone entering the sport for the first time.

yes the engine has a rotary inlet valve

The main weakness is carb!

Diaphragms perish and it leans off mixture until it seizes!

Also the 100cc engines seem to foul up those race plugs if u go slow for to long, that was with castrol R though.

Brings back memories.

I had a Komet a rotax and a TKM I think.
